Four Points by Sheraton Auckland

Loved the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows. The spaciousness of the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the whole hotel seemed to be a priority - which is what you want as a guest. All the facilities were immaculate, quiet and clean

Room was to standard which we expected. Staff we friendly and helpful, and supported our request. Building works outside the hotel was an issue however the hotel could not be responsible for this. Parking at the hotel was high, however the staff did suport our request for a discount.

My stay at Four Points Sheraton in Auckland was truly exceptional. From start to finish, it exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. It allowed me to easily explore Auckland, with many attractions and amenities just a stone's throw away. This convenience was a huge plus for me, as it made my trip much more enjoyable. The beds in this hotel are unbelievably comfortable and also reasonably priced.. After a long day of exploring the city, sinking into a cozy bed was pure bliss. I slept soundly throughout my stay, and that's a testament to the quality of their accommodations. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at Four Points Sheraton was outstanding. The meals were delicious. It's worth noting that I paid more at other places in the past and didn't receive the same level of quality. This hotel's dining options truly impressed me. One standout feature of my stay was the flexibility regarding checkout times. Four Points Sheraton was the only place I stayed in New Zealand that allowed me to have a late checkout until 12 noon. This made my departure day stress-free and allowed me to enjoy a leisurely morning before leaving. In conclusion, I highly recommend Four Points Sheraton Auckland. It offers comfort, convenience, incredible food, and great value for your money. My stay there was undoubtedly the highlight of my time in Auckland, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another exceptional experience.

As soon as we arrived staff were very accomodating. They welcomed us with smiling faces and a friendly nature. All our items were efficiently taken from the car a carefully placed in our room by staff. Location was close to night life attractions and eateries. The lobby was gorgeously decorated and very spacious. We had a beautiful breakfast at their restaurant which had a large variety of food and drink to choose from. We ordered room service the night of and it was some of the best food we had. The room was gorgeous with a killer view!! At night it was beautiful to see the city lights from one of the 40+ floors.
